AI plan scrutiny

Setbacks, FSI, coverage, height and parking are measured automatically from the uploaded drawing and checked against statute.

Rule validation

TN Combined Development & Building Rules, CMDA norms, NBC 2016 and Fire Service rules applied in one deterministic pass.

3D model generation

Floor-wise massing, roof, section and sun-path views generated from the sanctioned geometry.

Digitally signed permits

Officer approval issues a permit number with a verifiable token, valid for three years.

GIS survey mapping

Plot boundary plotted over survey number with satellite and vector base layers.

Construction tracking
